Save the paper inserts & cardboard backs from your Wilton pans & products!  Take a look at them - they contain valuable info, such as how many cups of batter needed, how much icing is needed, etc.  Suggestion: Keep your paper inserts stored in plastic sleeves inside a binder.  To make it easy to locate the one you need, use tabs and sort them by pan type (round, oval, shaped, etc.)  If you've misplaced yours, you may be able to find it on Wilton's Shaped pan instruction search

A note about shaped character pans: These pans are for your personal use onlyYou are not allowed to sell cakes with copyrighted images on them without obtaining the proper permission or license from the copyright owner (Disney, Mattel, etc.)

A Note from the Instructor...

Wilton cake decorating classes are fun and informative, and you'll be amazed with how much you'll learn! You'll learn how to make fantastic cakes from start to finish. Decorating techniques start at a beginner level in Course 1 and go all the way up to advanced gum paste skills in Course 4!  Even if you have taken Wilton classes before, or have decorated cakes on your own, now is a great time to brush up on your skills or learn some new skills! See the Class Descriptions page for more info about each class.
